Jay P. Sloan

 Jay is the President and is a passionate, positive influence in his community providing vision, strength, and encouragement to those around him. Jay's wife and children describe him as: fun, lively, and full of passion. Since completing Teen Challenge of the Permian Basin in 2003, he served in various roles to advance the Kingdom of God. From pastoral ministry to market place ministry, he desires to see this world transformed through the love of God. He looks forward to seeing God’s Kingdom firmly established in our world TODAY. 

Kenneth Webb, CRNA

Ken is the Vice President and is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and understands patient care and their rights. He is also passionate about reaching the lost and advancing the kingdom of God.

Justin Damon Cooley

Damon is the Treasurer and a strategic businessman who has a strong background in finance, accounting, and management. He is also very active in the community and has a loving and supportive family. 

Aaron Clendenen, MBA

Aaron is the Secretary and has a proven track record of business management success. He is also passionate about elevating men, who are the spiritual head of the household, to a high level of integrity and honor. He enjoys strategically collaborating with the body of believers to make unprecedented advancements in the Kingdom of God. His faith and trust in the Lord is fundamental to his success. His wife and six children serve alongside and are a constant encouragement.

April has a wonderful husband and three beautiful children. 

"I love teaching junior high and ELA. My passion is to see my students thrive and become the young adults God has created them to be. I get to go to work everyday and love and pray over my students while they are navigating their own path in life."

Michael Winegeart

After serving the United States Navy, Michael has worked the past 19 years in municipal government at the City of Lubbock, Texas for its Electric Utility, Lubbock Power and Light, in the Generation Department. He is currently the manager of LP&L’s three power plants. Michael has a passion for men’s ministries. He has served at his church on the men’s ministry planning committee and volunteers as a greeter. Michael and his wife Kelly live with their three children in Idalou, Texas.  

Mike Perkins

 Mike is a husband to Rachel, wife of 16 years, and dad to two boys Mason, 10, and Tucker, 8. They live in Abilene, TX where he is a small business owner, while his wife teaches 2nd grade at Wylie Elementary. The mission of his family is "to live a God centered life, sharing our faith with others through words and acts of service." The goal of this ministry is a passion for me - I pray for the plight of these men, and pray that God uses us to further His kingdom through this important work.   

Janan Stephenson, RN

Janan and her husband Brandl reside in Glen Rose, Texas with their three children. Janan is a registered nurse who has worked in pediatrics for over 18 years. She loves Jesus and has a passion for leading others to Him. Her heart's desire is for all people, both big and small, to know their true identity in Christ.
